BUILDER SUCCUMBS

VICTIM OF ACCIDENT COLLISION WITH TRAIN Mr Thomas Hughes, aged SO, ' v builder, of Parr Street, Frankton, died in the Waikato Hospital last evening from injuries received when his car was involved in a collision with a train on the Seddon Road crossing on Friday night. Mr Hughes received head injuries and

did not recover consciousness. He is survived by a widow and one daughter. An inquest was opened in Hamilton to-day before the coroner, Mr F. W. Platts, and adjourned after evidence of identification had been given by George Leslie Moor, builder, of Frankton.
