latest treasury returns INCREASE IN REVENUE (United press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlr&t) LONDON, Oct. 31 The latest Treasury returns show a total ordinary revenue to October 29 of £402,880,564, compared with £377,957,190 at the corresponding date of last year. The total ordinary expenditure to date this year amounts to £637,001,640, against £559,945,437 last year.
