ACCIDENT VICTIM LEVEL CROSSING FATALITY (By Telegraph.—Press Association) PALMERSTON N., Wednesday At the inquest into the death of George Glasgow Jamieson, aged 33,
farmer, who was killed at the West Street level crossing in a collision with a train on Labour Day, evidence was given that deceased had twice been refused a driving license owing to his incompetence in driving. Deceased was driving into the setting sun when the fatality occurred. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
