CRITICAL SITUATION
CONDITIONS IN FINLAND RADIO ATTACK BY SOVIET (United Preas Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 31 The Finnish Government has requested all those who have been evacuated from the cities not to return until further notice, as the “critical situation is unchanged,” says a message from Helsinki. The Soviet radio launched today its first attack on Finland, alleging that Finnish industry is disorganised and that the unemployed vainly seek help from an inefficient Government. The Paris radio states that it is reported from Helsinki that the leaders of all parties in the Finnish Parliament have accepted the text of the Finnish reply to the Russian proposals.
