Mrs A. R. Lloyd, Hamilton, was a recent visitor to Wanganui.
Mrs Page, Hamilton, and her daughter Joan, have returned, via New Plymouth, from a holiday in Wellington.
Mrs W. J. King, Hamilton, has left on a trip to Australia.
Mrs T. Maire, Milford, Auckland, is visiting Hamilton, and is the guest of her sister, Mrs Mervyn Speight.
Mrs J. M. Clachan, Canberra, Australia, is the guest of Mrs R. B. Hart, Hamilton.
Mrs Diny Schramm, who together with her husband, Mr Paul Schramm, recently gave a two-piano recital in Hamilton, has left for Auckland.
Two New Zealand nurses, trained in Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin Hospitals, are serving in France. Sister Nance Wilkinson is attached to the Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital in Nice, now a military hospital, and Sister Nell Wilkinson is second in command on an ambulance train for British soldiers. MORRINSVILLE Miss Vemyn Sutherland, Palmerston North, was the guest of Miss Porter after a golfing holiday at Rotorua. Miss M. Coombe has joined a tramping party to “The Hermitage.” • • • m Miss B. Porter has returned from a short holiday spent at Whangarei. Mrs Nicholls, Mrs Moffat, and Miss M. Moffat, Nelson, are the guests of Miss G. Nicholls. * * * * Mrs D. Finlayson, Christchurch, is the guest of Mrs D. Finlayson. Mrs Delamore, Raglan, is visiting her mother, Mrs F. J. Shirley. EUREKA Miss Lesta Hardy, Auckland, was recently the guest of Mrs Johns for a few days. • * * * Miss J. Cresswell has returned from a holiday spent in Palmerston North and Wellington. * • V * Miss I. Nixon, Henderson, is visiting her sister-in-law, Mrs S. G. Nixon. * * * * Mrs L. Montieth, Otorohanga, has returned to her home from a visit to Mrs C. Masters. Mrs R. McKerrow, Netherton, is staying with Mrs Johns. . Mrs L. Hunter, Taumarunui, has been visiting Mrs E.
