Notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 20th day of November, 1939, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of "the sum of £2OOO for the purpose of erecting Workers' Dwellings. The security for such loan shall be a special rate of ,0138 d in the pound on the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property in the County of Waipa. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the- Waipa County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
