HAMILTON CLUB OPENING OF SEASON The Hamilton Rowing Club is anticipating a most successful season as the long range plans for the improvement of the standard of rowing should be nearing completion. At theregattas last season the Hamilton crews did better than in the immediate past seasons, but what was more important they showed definite promise. There has been a fair amount of winter activity and everything is in readiness for the opening of the season on Saturday. A comprehensive programme of events, including trial fours, has been arranged, while the club’s new eight will also be seen out in exhibition rows.
