TAX ON SUGAR
EFFECT IN BRITAIN (Official Wireless) (Received Sept. 30, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 29 Sir John Simon stated in the House of Commons that the tax on sugar would represent a contribution of 8s 6d per head of population.
