FIXED FOR MONDAY SURRENDER OF MODLIN (Untied Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 30, 1 pm.) BERLIN, Sept. 29 A communique states that the disarmed garrison begins to leave Warsaw tonight. German troops will enter on October 2. Modlin has surrendered unconditionally. The garrison numbers 30,000, of whom 4000 have been wounded.
