Health Stamp Issue
The Postmaster-General, the Hon. F. Jones, announced yesterday that there would be a little delay in placing on sale the new health stamps. It was originally intended that the stamps should be placed on sale next Monday, but a postponement was made necessary by the change in postage rates. The new date of sale would be announced as early as possible.
