CHANGE IN CONTROL (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, September 28. Modifications have been made in the control of the British Broadcasting Corporation. Sir Alan Powell, chairman, and Mr C. H. Millis, vicechairman, now constitute the board of government, and the appointment of the other members is terminated. Programme matters, hours, and the possible control of the service in an emergency have been transferred to the Minister of Information. Sir Kenneth Lee has been appointed director of radio relations.
