Copyright) (Received Sept. 29, 11 a.m.) WILHELMSHAVEN, Sept. 28 Hitler has arrived to congratulate the returning submarine crews. PARIS, Sept. 28 It is authoritatively stated that only seven German submarines of the 27 sent out to prey on merchantmen have returned to their bases. MOSCOW, Sept. 28 Radio reports that the freighter Poneer was attacked by a submarine and was beached on the Estonian coast. Soviet warships rescued the crew.
