VISIT TO TROOPS SIX MILES OF CHEERING MEN (Official Wireless) RUGBY, Sept. 27 The King, wearing the khaki service uniform of a field marshal, drove with the Queen through six miles of cheering men when they visited the troops today. It was the first occasion since the outbreak of war that the Queen had accompanied the King on one of his visits to the troops. Their Majesties were cheered on all sides.
