BLEW UP BRIDGE
COW MAKES CONTACT LINKED WITH A MINE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 29, 1 p.m. BRUSSELS, Sept. 28 A message from Luxembourg states that a cow blew up a bridge across the Ourther River, which links Bivelsly, in the Grand Duchy, with Germany. Browsing in a nearby field, the cow touched a wire linked with a mine under the bridge, establishing contact. Manufacture of Paper The manufacture of paper pulp or paper products is brought under the Industrial Efficiency Act, according to regulations issued with the Gazette last night.
