LANDED ON RIVER
SYDNEY AIR LINER NO PASSENGERS HURT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY. Sept. 28 The Douglas air liner which left Mascot Aerodrome this morning for Brisbane was forced down in bad weather. The pilot made a most skilful landing in Cook’s River, adjacent to the aerodrome. None of the passengers was injured. They merely stayed in their seats until rescued by boats.
