Copyrlg-ht) (Received Sept. 29, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28 The following are the interest and discount rates current in London on short term loans:— Day-to-day loans, per cent; fine trade bills, three months, 3 h to 4 per cent; bank bills, three months, 2| per cent; six months, 3 per cent; Treasury bills, two months 2£ per cent; three months 2£ per cent.
