SINKING OF HJM.S. COURAGEOUS GERMAN CREW HONOURED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 29, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28 A German radio announces that the submarine which torpedoed H.M.S. Courageous arrived at Wilhelmshaven. Admiral von Raeder gave the commander an Iron Cross, flrst-class, and the crew Iron Crosses secondclass.
