HITLER UNDECIDED
POSmON OF NEUTRALS LEADER URGES INVASION /United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) i NEW YORK, Sept. 26 The Paris correspondent of the New York Herald-Tribune says Hitler is reported to be undecided ■whether to follow the urgings of Herr von Ribbentrop and throw his armies through neutral countries in an attempt to crush France before the British are prepared to take the field, or General Goering’s advice to let the Allies take the initiative.
Herr von Ribbentrop argues that it is ridiculous to wait while the British and French starve Germany.
General Gocring holds that Germany for the present should observe her pledges in order not to impress the United States unfavourably while the Neutrality Act is before Congress.
