RUSSIA AND GERMANY ISOLATION OF WARSAW ATTACKS BY DIVING BOMBERS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 11 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 25 The Volkischer Beobachter says that Russia and Germany will never slaughter each other for the sake of Britain. The agreement settles Rus-sian-German relations for all time. A Berlin High Command communique says that the movement of the German troops toward the demarcation line continues without friction and in perfect unison with the Russian units. Diving bombers repeatedly attacked military objectives. Warsaw has been isolated. Small skirmishes have taken place on the Western Front.
