INCENDIARISM IN ENGLAND DESTRUCTION OF CORN STACKS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25 Incendiaries are blamed for the destruction of eight com stacks on a farm in Lincolnshire. Two shots were fired at a farmhand who went to the stacks to attempt to put out the flames.
