CRASH IN FLAMES
FRENCH AIRMEN SUCCESSFUL GERMAN PLANES DESTROYED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 3.15 p.m.) PARIS, Sept. 25 An army communique announces that French pursuit planes twice encountered numerically superior enemy forces and brought down two German planes in French territory. Only such crashes are officially recorded, though observers saw German planes crash aflame in the German lines.
