HUNGARIAN TROOPS CROSS POLISH FRONTIER (United Press'Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, Sept. 23 The Rome correspondent of the New York Times says Hungarian troops crossed the Polish frontier oh Friday and occupied Sianki, a small town bordering Carpatho-Ukraine. The Italian newspaper Giornale dTt.alia says that episodes of extreme violence necessitated Hungarian intervention.
