KILLED IN ACTION
GENERAL BARON VON FRITSCB STATE FUNERAL ORDERED (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 23 General Baron Iverner von Fritsch, formerly ComrSander-in-Chief of the German Army, was killed in action on the Warsaw front. Hitler has ordered a State funeral. Hitler removed General von Fritsch from the command of the German Army in February, 1938, during a spectacular reshuffle designed to tighten the Nazi grip on the Army. General von Fritsch, who represented the best type of the traditional Army, was rehabilitated last June and was given command of the 12 Artillery Regiment in recognition of his services in reconstructing the German Army.
