Copyright) GENEVA, Sept. 22 An American, Mr Carter Goodrich, was elected chairman of the International Labour Office Council. Bowlers’ Loyalty The council of the New Zealand Bowling Association passed a reslution to-day assuring the Government of the loyalty of bowlers, and supporting the action taken in the crisis. A jumble2 sale of used clothing and other articles will be held in St. Paul’s Schoolroom, London Street, to-morrow at 9.30 a.m.
