Bulls Frighten Children The Waitemata County Council has decided to take action against persons having bulls running on roads. It was stated that a fine of £2O could be imposed. In the Henderson and Parakai districts, it was alleged, a “reign of terror” existed, children being afraid to use the roads, rendering it necessary for motor-cars to be sent for them.
