Denmark is calling to the colours in the next few weeks 10,000 men who normally would not be called up until the summer. A message from Paris says a decree creates a Ministry of Armaments under the direction of the Prime Minister, M. Daladier, as Minister of National Defence. It will be responsible for all supplies of armaments, chemicals and explosives and will control all factories.
