CONFIDENCE AND FRIENDSHIP TROOPS TO BE WITHDRAWN (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 21, 11 a.m.) ATHENS, Sept. 20 A joint Italian and Greek communique announces that friendship and mutual confidence exist between Italy and Greece, accordingly Italy and Greece are withdrawing the troops which are concentrated on the Greek-Aibanian frontier.
