ARTILLERY ATTACKS
FRAROO-GERMAN EXCHANGES ARRIVAL OF SENEGALESE (United Press Assn.—Else. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 20 Heavy artillery exchanges sre the dominating feature of activities on the Western Front, says a message from Paris. The situation Is otherwise unchanged. It is officially stated that the first Senegalese battalions are arriving in France from French West Afrtoa.
