FORCED TO SWIM RIVER AUTHOR FOUND BY JOURNALISTS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 21, 11.0 a.m.) CERNAUTI, Sept. 20. The author Richard Mowner made a dramatic escape from Russian-oc-cupied Poland. He was forced to swim the Dniester River and other journalists found him exhausted.
