GRAIN AND PRODUCE THE AUCKLAND MARKETS AUCKLAND, Wednesday. The Auckland Grain, Seed and Produce Merchants’ Association has issued the following official weekly report. Ffrices named are f.o.b. or f.0.r., Auckland. Potatoes. —A slight easing in values has taken place during the week, the current price for South Island reds and whites, delivered city or f.0.b., Auckland, now being £lB 15s a ton. Californian potatoes have continued to sell steadily at 21s per 1001 b. Onions.—Prices remain unaltered at 20s a bag. No importations of Canadian onions will arrive before at least a month. Wheat.—Ex store values remain unaltered at 7s 3d to 7s 4d a bushel. According to quantity. Barley.—There has been no alteration in values and the current exstore prices remain at 4s Gd to 4s 8d a bushel for unclipped, with clipped 6d a bushel higher. Maize. —Current cx store prices remain at 7s 3d to 7s 5d a bushel, while ten-sack lots, delivery direct ex supplies arriving, are 7s a bushel. Oats and Chaff. —Values remain unaltered. chaff at £lO 2s Gd to £lO 10s a ton and oats at 4s 2d to 4s Gd a bushel. Bran and Pollard.—A brisk demand is still being experienced for these lines latest prices being: Bran £8 5s to £9 a ton, pollard £7 17s Gd to £8 10s a too.
