PUBLIC NOTICE 'T'AUPrRI DRAINAGE AND RIVER BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY General Rate for the Year to 31st March, 1940 for Ten Foot Public Notice is hereby given that the Taupiri Drainage and River Board proposes at its meeting to be held on Thursday, October 12th, 1939, at 10.30 a.m.. at the Office of the Board, A.M.P. Buildings, Hamilton, to make and levy a General Rate over all rate- . able lands within the Ten Foot Sub- 1 division, such rate to be in accordance j with the provisions of the Land Drain- I age Act, 1908, and its Amendments,! and the Classification and proportions I fixed by the said Board, and to be as | follows: On lands classified A —two shillings) per acre.
