MORE MILITIAMEN CALLED UP INCREASE IN RECRUITING (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 17 Notices calling up a second contingent of militiamen came into force yesterday. Throughout the day men between 20 and 21 years of age reported at the barracks. Meanwhile, voluntary enlistment proceeds rapidly and regimental pools are growing quickly. A great rush took place during the crisis before the declaration of war, and recruiting has now settled down to a steady stream.
