20,000 CIVILIANS KILLED ALLEGATIONS FROM RUSSIA (Official Wireless) (Received Sept. 19, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 18 A Ministry of Information bulletin stated that in a broadcast in Russian on September 10 it was announced from Moscow that 20,000 civilians had been killed by German bombing in Lemberg and tli© Germans had machine-gunned refugees from Lublin.
