ALL-AUSTRALIA CONFERENCE (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Monday The representatives of the Rotary movement in New Zealand who attended the All-Australia Rotary Conference in Sydney have returned. There were 23 in the New Zealand delegation. The outbreak of war upset arrangements to some extent. There were delegates who were unable to attend and instead of the conference being opened by Mr W. M. Hughes in the Sydney Town Hall it was opened by a recording of his address.
