Milk Produoers Amalgamate An amalgamation of all milk producers’ organisations in Auckland into one united body was effected at a special meeting of Auckland town milk ► producers yesterday. The new organisation will be linked with the recently-formed New Zealand Federation of Town Milk Producers. Loss On City Markets A loss of £302 on the Auckland city produce markets for the past 12 months’ operation was reported to the City Council last night by its Property Committee. For the previous annual period there was a profit of £565. Air Force Ensign Public notification is given in the Gazette of the institution of the Royal New' Zealand Air Force ensign. Auckland Stock Prices Commenting upon the rates for fat stock at sales in the Auckland district, the Auckland Stock Auctioneers’ Association stated yesterday that it had been watching very carefully the prices at auction for all stock, and these had been, as nearly as it was possible to estimate, kept in line with the prices ruling as at the beginning of the month, it was added that in many cases, owing to large numbers coming forward, prices had receded. This applied particularly to sheep prices, which had 7 shown a marked drop of up to 5s a head.
