CANCELLATION EUCOEtTED SOUTH AFRICAN TOUR DuUBTFUL (By Telsyraph.— Prc»s Association) DUNEDIN, Tuesday In view of the present situation, it was decided at a meetinß of the ulogo Rugby Union to send a telegram to the New Zealand Union buggesting that, as there was very little likelihood of the tour of South Africa eventuating, the All Black trials should be abandoned. Jt was stated that employers were providing every facility lor employee* who wished to enlist iu the territorials or other branches uf the service to do so, and it wuuid therefore be uniair to ask them to re-iea&e men to engage in Rugby trials, v
