G. Winter, overseer and traffic inspector of the Waikato Council Council, in his monthly report presented to the meeting of the council to-day. Many tests for driving licenses were made during the past month, he said, and again a large proportion of the applicants had to be refused on the first application, the driving was not up to stadardd.
