THE WAR SITUATION
DOMINION LEGISLATION FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS MADE GOVERNMENT CAUCUS HELD (By Telegrapn.— Press Association) WELLINGTON, Tuesday The financial proposals which will be introduced by the Government Shortly are expected to prolong the present session beyond the end of this week. In addition to financial arrangements the Government also proposes to bring in a number of minor bills dealing with the war situation. Consideration of these measures occupied the Government at a party caucus this morning. The acting-Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, intends to make an announcema!*ider of the programme for the ment this afternoon regarding the resession.
