SIAM’S NEUTRALITY

RESPECTED BY BRITAIN ASSURANCE BY MINISTER (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. CODyrtunt) LONDON, Sept. 9 A Ministry of Information bulletin states that the Siam Government has for some weeks been manifesting certain nervourness as to the possibility of violation of its neutrality by belligerent Powers, and this nervousness appears to have been deliberately fostered by outside elements. The British Minister at Bangkok, Sir Josiah Crosby, has accordingly been instructed to assure the Siam Government that so long as the country's neutrality is respected by other Powers it will of course be completely respected by the British Government.
