FRENCH ADVANCE GERMAN TERRITORY OCCUPIED PARIS, Sept. 11. An official wireless states that the French line between the Rhine and Moselle is entirely on German territory, where the French hold 350 square miles along a 120-mile front. The average depth is three miles. The General Staff is clearing the way for infantry. BERLIN, Sept. 12. The High Command officially announces that German troops have entered north-east and south-west Warsaw, where the battles have now joined and seem likely to be decisive.
