41 NOT IMPOSSIBLE ” NO DI'SGUSSION BY CAUCUS (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Saturday When the attention of the actingPrime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser, was drawn to-day to a persistent rumour that so-me alterations and additions to Cabinet were being contemplated by the Government caucus, he replied that such a thing was not beyond the bounds of possiblity, but caucus had not yet reached discussion on the issue. Caucus opened at 10.30 yesterday morning and continued until a late hour last night. Another early start was made to-day, and the business before the members was uncompleted at 1 o’clock this afternoon, when an adjournment was made for lunch.
