Menzies, said he was most anxious to in'prove the trading conditions between New Zealand and Australia. It was essential to make a determined and prompt attempt to solve the question of trade embargoes. The whole question of embargoes would be considered by the Government, which intended to be fair to the potato growers, the citrus fruit growers and the consumers.
