NEW ZEALAND CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY LTD

MACHINERY DEPARTMENT The establishment by the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, of a Machinery Department is indicative of the progressive policy which has been adopted by this company since its inception, and the success of the Department justifies ttie decision to stage an exhibit at the Winter Show. The attention of visiting suppliers and intending suppliers to ttie Company is directed to the Machinery Department stand, where they will have the opportunity of inspecting the many interesting lines on view. The display is situated in the No. 2 Machinery Hall, opposite the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Company exhibit. Mr Kemp, manager of the Machinery Department, who is in charge of the exhibit, will be pleased to give inquirers full information ahd advice, whether it be in regard to the purchase of new equipment or the reconditioning of existing plant. Of great interest to the farmer’s wife is the Miss Simplicity Washing Machine which is designed to relieve her of the drudgery usually associated with the washing of farm clothing. S demonstrator is available who will be pleased to explain the operation of this machine. Lister Separators arc another prominent feature of the exhibit. Tiieso excellent machines are of British manufacture and are recommended to all those who intend purchasing separators. A range of Booth mac and Anderson Pumping equipment is to be seen and suppliers are invited to obtain full information in connection with the reticulating of their farms in readiness for the coming season. The company are agents for the two leading Waikato Milking Machines, namely, the Ridd Milker and the Cano Valculac and Releaser plants. Particulars of these machines are a\ailable from the company’s representative on the stand. Numerous suppliers who have visited the machinery department exhibit have been pleased to avail themselves of the opportunity afforded them to obtain information concerning various items of farm equipment and many complimentary references have been made to the company’s foresight in placing such a valuable service at their disposal.
