SEVERE INJURIES WOMAN KNOCKED DOWN BY LORRY r (By Telegraph.—Press Association) PALMERSTON N. f Friday Severe injuries were received by a Dannevirke woman, Mrs Annie Thorstensen, when she was knocked down by a motor-lorry near the Palmerston North railway station this afternoon. Mrs Thorstensen left a train and passed between two of the taxis which sland in the middle of the street outside the station. As she emerged she was unable to ehpek herself and was knocked down by a lorry driven by Mr Arthur Hancock.
