EFFORT TO EASE TENSION (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, May 31 The Warsaw correspondent of the Times states that the Polish note to the Senate re-emphasised that the Danzig authorities must take full responsibility for the Ivalthof incident.
