FATAL HOLIDAYS
400 DEATHS IN FOUR DAYS TOLL IN UNITED STATES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, May 30 The four days’ holiday period in the United States resulted in nearly 400 deaths due to motor accidents, cases of drowning and shooting, and fires, etcetera. Motor accidents accounted for 173 deaths.
