Phelan, in Hamilton yesterday. objection was expressed by the school authorities as the service was used by children attending tlie Ngaruawahia primary school and the secondary schools in Hamilton. The parties came to a settlement in the case and it was agreed to continue the bus service for a period of two months in order to allow time for the Auckland Education Board to he approached regarding transportation for the children.
