SPECIAL FORECAST (By Government Meteorologist) the special forecast by the Government Meteorologist, covering the Waikato-Thames Valley General situation: Pressure remains high over the New Zealand area and the depression advancing across the Tasman up. Conditions are, however, disturbed to the far north. Forecast: Light to moderate easterly to north-easterly winds freshening somewhat. Weather fair to line. Temperatures mild to warm. bean rather rough on the east coast, slight to moderate on the west.
