Copyright SYDNEY, Feb. 27 At to-day’s wool sales all the best features of last week were well sustained, with excellent competition from the Continent and Y’orkshire. There was a strong demand for come-backs and crossbreds, but for wools carrying dust and burr prices were slightly irregular. Greasv Merino made 21.1 d per lb. A total of 1 1.427 bales was offered and 10,800 bales sold, 1120 privately. The average price of wool last week was £l3 13s Id a bale and 11.3 d per lb.
