JAPAN AND CZECHOSLOVAKIA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyria-ht PRAGUE, Feb. 24 As a result of heavy purchases of armaments Japan’s imports from Czechoslovakia in January amounted to £300,000, which was a fourteenfold increase compared with the three months ended December 31.
